From the server of your business the data is exported from your management software (ERP) to the server of Mercarea. This process can be done automatically or manually. In case of doing the process automatically we suggest you to contact your ERP provider to facilitate the process.
2) Mercarea Server.
Once the data is converted to the format required by Mercarea, the necessary consultations to prepare the data are generated and converted into individual tables for each business in mobile format.
3) Mobile devices with Mercarea product installed.
Each application installed on mobile devices is periodically synchronized with the server of your company. In this way it is updated automatically all the information related to contacts, data, orders, invoices, statements, etc ..
